What is the difference between LM193JG and LM193JGB?

I don't see any difference in the datasheet.

    Hello Nicholas,

    The "JG" is a commercial military temp range. Follows the commercial product flow.

    The "JGB" is MIL-883B QML Class Q, QML flow.

    "B" suffix was used in the early days to signify MIL-883 rev B.

    Die is the same (original SFAB TI Ji1 process).
