Part Number: INA310B
Hi Team,
Whether there is a error of figure 6-37? The Figure 6-40 and below table both show the tp is about 1us under 20mV OD condition, not 75ns.

Thanks.
BRs,
Francis
Hi Francis,
I checked with the team and the spec in the electrical characteristics table includes the delay of the amplifier and the comparator, while the plot only includes the delay time from the comparator itself. So the datasheet is correct.
Let me know if you have any more questions,

So you mean the amplifier and comparator have a 1µs delay, while the comparator only takes up about 75ns during the 20mV overshoot. In other words, the delay is mainly caused by the amplifier, right?
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi Levi,
Thanks for your reply.
The amplifier you mean is INA310B internal amplifier, the pre-signal of comparator's positive input? Could you please help share more details of tp test condition?
BRs,
Francis
Hello,
Yes I am talking about the internal amplifier causing most of the delay before the signal reaches the comparator's positive input, while the comparator itself only causes a delay of about 75ns. The test conditions are specified in the datasheet at the top of the electrical characteristics table, or above the typical characteristic plots.
