Need an equivalent opamp for space as the LT6200 from ADI or LMH6654 which should be pin to pin compatible.

Hello Cody,

The closest devices that are p2p compatible for the SOIC (D package 8 pin) are the LM7171QML-SP and LMH6628QML-SP. And for a dual version, the LM6172QML-SP. These devices do have bigger packages (CFP and CDIP) compared to the SOIC since they are in ceramic for QMLV qualification.
