LMH6551: Datasheet Error

Part Number: LMH6551

Hi Team,

Seems there is error in the PACKAGING INFORMATION of datasheet, the Op temp (°C) write -40~85C, but the one page 4 of datasheet, it shows -40~125C.

I also checked the quality report, the lifetime test condition is 125C & 1000h.

So could you please help check the error? Thanks.

    Hi Francis,

    I see the error you are describing. After taking a look there used to be two orderable versions of the device. One was rated to 85C while the other was rated to 125C. Only the 125C version remains so the device is rated to 125C, like in the lifetime test you found. I would use the recommended operating conditions table. 

    Looks like that one page of the datasheet is pointing to a different, incorrect source so we can look into getting that fixed. Thanks for pointing out the error.
