I want to use Alert pin resistor pullup to a different voltage source than VS. It is the same voltage value (3.3V), but there would be a case where Valert pullup is high and VS is low. Will this cause issue?
If VS if low and Valert is on, can current back-feed from the “Alert Pin” pull up through internal ESD diodes, potentially causing a latch up?
