Hi Charan,
Sorry for delayed response. Typical power dissipation for TRF0208 would be 3.3V * 140mA =~ 450mW.

Thank you for the reply.

The value 450mW seems very high for this component (with 2x2 mm dimensions).

In our custom board, we are using almost components, and our base metal temperature near these components is ~ 90 degree, if we consider 450mW of power dissipation, it may increase the PCB & metal temperature drastically for us.

Can you kindly confirm if we have to consider 450mW of power.
