What is the lead finish, MSL rating and reflow temperature of the subject part?

    Hello Tim,

    The lead finish of this part is NiPdAu with Au bondwires. This device is still in preview, so the MSL rating and reflow temperature have not been officially specified yet, but the expected MSL rating is MSL level 1 and the expected reflow temperature is 260°C.
