OPA320: TIDU535 Confirmation

Part Number: OPA320

Hi All,

Section 2, paragraph 3 of TIDU535 stated that the photodiode in the document is operated in photoconductive mode. However, based on Figures 2 to 5, all shows that the photodiode is in photovoltaic mode, where its anode is shorted to ground. From my understanding, a photoconductive mode requires the photodiode's anode to be reverse biased.

So, is this an error in the document, or is my understanding of a photodiode modes is incomplete?

With best regards,
