Hi,

I am performing EMI simulation using ANSYS tool involving LM201A part number from TI and require unencrypted PSPICE simulation model for the same.

    Thanks for reaching out! Currently, we don't have a SPICE model available for this device, and we don't have any plans to create one in the near future. The datasheet contains comprehensive electrical characteristics that you may find useful for your simulations. We'd be happy to help clarify anything in the datasheet if you have questions.
