Hi support team all.
In the attached circuit, the output of INA823 is output to around ground. I don't think INA823 is RRO. Is this correct result?

Hi DH,
I think the model is getting a little closer to the supply rails than actual silicon, but I also see that there's no load on the output. The datasheet shows that the INA823 can get very close to the supply rails when it doesn't need to drive much current as shown here:

Does your system have an expected load on the output? If so, I'd recommend adding the expected load to get a better idea of how close to the rails the device will operate.
