THS7530 has output reversal when input gets closer than 1.5V to rails (0-5V). A single pulse input will give a double pulse output. The input comes from an OPA847 +/-5V rails, AC coupled to the THS7530 inputs CM of 2.5V. I tried clamping the input with a 1N4148, but it is not fast enough. I ended up dividing the input signal by 2 which drops the diode overshoot by enough to stay below 3.5V. I wanted to ask if you had any other solutions to get around this output reversal problem? Is there another similar part with a wider input range?
