My customer would like to know the internal resistors' values with variation of INA241A-Q1. Would you please tell me those? They need min/typ/max of all the resistors(R1~R4, Ref1 and Ref2).

The specific ohmic values (min/typ/max) for the internal resistors R1–R4, Ref1, and Ref2 are not published in the INA241A-Q1 datasheet [1][2][3].
This is standard practice for integrated precision amplifiers like the INA241A-Q1, where the internal resistor network is laser-trimmed during manufacturing. TI characterizes the network's precision matching through system-level specifications rather than disclosing individual resistor values.

These specs directly reflect the matching precision of R1–R4 and Ref1/Ref2 [1][2][4].
The only other piece of information we can provide is the internal RI2 and RF2, are 50kΩ and 125kΩ, respectively [5]. I would assume worst case 125kΩ from VREF pin to VINP to ensure the external reference voltage has enough drive strength.
