LM111: Test reports not received & Date code decoding details required- LM111 MD8

We have not received test reports Group A, GroupB, GroupC reports with shipment & also we need date code decodig details.

    Hello Karthik,

    I believe we do not do the group tests as these are bare die and there are no packages to inspect/test.

    "MD8 = Mil 883 Bare Die Level B military wafer fab standards and visual criteria. Products are offered with a conditional performance guarantee to the standard product electrical specifications. DC probed at +25°C and guard banded for military temperature range. Full datasheet or Military Data Sheet parameters are not guaranteed."

    I do not see any past LM111 MD8 in the QCI system.

    Did you receive these in the past???

    Date code info:

    2408+5 = YYWW = last digits of the year (24) and the work week (08) = 2024 3rd week of Feb. The "+5" means an extra 5 year shelf life.

    42AHS91 = YMLLLLA = 2024 Feb Lot # AHS9 and "1' is the assembly site. But since it is not "assembled", it gets a "1".

    I will double-check....but I think the MD8's do not get the lot group reports.
