INA1H94-SP: Internal resistance accuracy

Part Number: INA1H94-SP

Hello. Team

Please tell me the variation range of the internal resistance (19k ohm, 20k ohm, 380k ohm) listed in the INA1H94-SP datasheet.

Thanks and Regards,

Koji

  • Hi Koji-san,

For difference amps, usually what matters most is the ratiometric drift of the internal resistors compared to the absolute drift. This is the benefit in using an integrated difference amplifier, as the variation/drift of the internal resistors is ratiometrically very low compared to discrete solutions.

If it is the gain ratio that is of concern, the gain error spec in the datasheet provides the typical and maximum values as %FSR:

Does your use case require knowing the variation of the absolute resistance, such as adding external resistance/filters to the inputs?
