Hello,

I have a request from NASA for 100u of OPA549MKVC. They are requesting lot specific qualification and a test data pack. Will the parts come with that test data included if purchased?

In our case, the OPA549M-HIREL is a plastic EP. This device does not have single lot offering, therefore it is not expected to receive any lot-specific information. This device however does receive Au bonding, single baseline, and GEIA-STD-0002-1 qualification.

All devices are guaranteed to perform to datasheet specification, though it is not certain that you would receive units all from one lot.
