I need a touchstone S paramter file for the THS9000 with the bias having a 100ohm resistor attached to a 3V supply.

John, have you looked at the TRF37B73 RF amplifier. it is much newer than the THS9000. Operates at 3V3, 52 mA, no bias resistor vs the THS9000 3V ~70 mA with a 100 ohm bias.

Also a little lower cost.

I am doing analysis for a legacy design.

They are very unlikley to be able to update this component.
