TLV3501: TI Confirmation on Push Out, Lead Time Reset & NCNR Policy

Part Number: TLV3501

Dear team,

As part of an internal review to evaluate the feasibility of extending order lead times up to 52 weeks for selected critical parts, we are gathering confirmation on supplier commercial and operational constraints.

Could you please help confirm the following for the attached list of parts from your side:

  1. Push‑out policy
    • Are schedule push‑outs allowed?
    • If yes, what is the maximum allowable push‑out period?
  2. Lead time reset
    • Will any schedule change (pull‑in / push‑out) result in a reset of the quoted lead time?
  3. Cancellation & NCNR terms
    • NCNR applicability (if any) and trigger point
    • Cancellation restrictions or liabilities to be aware of
  4. Lead times
    • Manufacturer lead time
    • Order lead time committed to us

This information will help us align on planning expectations and assess potential inventory and liability exposure before any long‑term commitments are made.

Appreciate your support and look forward to your confirmation on column Q – RAG assessment & column R – comment if any before EOB. Thanks,EMR Critical Supplier List - Texas Instrument.xlsx
