I am not quite sure what is being asked. I have not seen such a report.

TI automotive devices are tested to AEC-Q100 standards. The tests are shown on the Device Quality Summary page:

Hello Janos,

TI device qualifications follow AEC Q006 standard for delamination.

This would be true of all the Q1 devices in your list.
