OPA620: PSPice micromodel seems incomplete, simulation crashes

Part Number: OPA620
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

The micromodel seems to be missing few parameters such voltage offset. The simulation does not run to completion as it crashes for several errors. Could someone please run the simulation and offer a step-by-step procedure?

Thank you!

  • Hello Lenio,

The OPA620 PSpice file on the product folder is outdated, and was not meant to be linked. I am working with the team to get this file removed.

The Tina-TI reference model is the new one, however it is still in the works on fixing CMRR, offset voltage over temperature, and input current noise. Also, I will need to convert and run the tests on PSpice for TI, since it was only run on Tina-TI. There will be a second revision by end of this month.

    Thank you!
