I do not have any in my lab, could only find PGA308 versions and I found the following sentence in a document from more than 10 years ago: Multi-Cal-System Evaluation Module User's Guide (Rev. B)

But the following document exists, so you would imagine there is also a board: Multi-Cal-PGA309 System User Guide; I will continue digging into archives for this.

Again, this seems to exist as there are screen captures in the user's guides. I will dig into this as well.
