Part Number: LM193

What was the smallest technical process node use to manufacure the LM193. Jejomar Ildefonso of the Texas Instruments | Customer Support Center suggested I direct this question to this E2E forum support form.  Specifically,  what was the smallest processing node used to produce these BiPolar devices.

    Hi Dan,

    Junction Isolated single layer metal bipolar, or just "Bipolar". No CMOS.

    Bipolar does not have gate/channel widths - so that field is usually left blank. Actual feature size is considered TI proprietary information..
