According to the datasheet, if we look at "See Detail A":

We see that the microcircuit's angle should be larger. Our microcircuit's packagee is symmetrical. Is this possible?

Detail A shows the following:

This says the angle could be 0 to 8 degrees. Are you saying that the angle of the device you have should be greater than this?

I didn't express myself correctly, I mean this corner, I highlighted it in red:

We see that one side has an angle that's larger than the other sides, highlighted in red. Why doesn't our chip have this, and are all four sides the same?

Hi Jack,

Ok I see what you are saying now. I have no idea why that corner is cut off in the drawing - to my knowledge we have never had a standard package with any sort of corner cut off, I think this is an error in the drawing.

I'll reach out to the packaging team to see if there is a purpose or reason for this but I'm thinking not- give me a day or two to research.
