Hi team,
My customer is using TLV9002 to converter differential output of AMC0311D-Q1 to single ended output . TLV9002-Q1 is using single rail power supply. When high voltage supply lost AMC0311D-Q1 will output negative voltage (Vfailsafe), we'd like to check the behavior and output of TLV9002 under this scenario. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks

You do not show the circuit configuration used to measure differential voltage but assuming that the low input would drive the output towards negative rail, on a single supply TVL9002 output could get down to 10mV - see below.

Pls check design as below. These two points are positive voltage reference to ground, but the differential input is negative voltage -2.5V (AMC device failsafe output)

Depending on the polarity of the AMC0311D-Q1 failsafe voltage, the output of TLV9002 would be driven to within 10-20mV of either rail - see below.
