OPA990: Protection circuit

Part Number: OPA990

Hi team,

I just have the following question:

In the datasheet I read that it has thermal protection and short‑circuit current protection.
Is the op‑amp fully protected? What happens if a voltage is applied to the op‑amp’s output, e.g., 33 V? Is it protected against over‑current? Do you need an additional fuse to protect the op‑amp?

Can you please explain?
