INA128: Notation in the datasheet SBOS051G

Part Number: INA128

Dear,  Instrumentation Amplifiers suport Team.

We have notified the customer of PCN#20260501000.1.
On page 5 of the INA128 datasheet Rev.G, aren't the SHE and FRE values for Long-term stability reversed?
And On page 8 of Rev.G, aren't the Slew rate and Settling time values for SHE and FRE reversed?

Thanks & Best regards,

  • Hi Yuyama-san,

The information in the datasheet is correct, where the die manufactured in the CSO: FRE flow has degraded performance for long-term stability, slew rate, and settling time. A previous revision (REV. E) in 2022 changed the parameters to reflect the CSO: FRE performance, but we have now specified both.

Also FYI, the "FRE" label in the datasheet is actually incorrect. The correct label for the FFAB flow is "CSO: TID". The datasheet is currently in the process of being updated to fix this error.

    Best Regards,

    Taylor Allan

  • Hello Taylor-san,

    Thank you for your response.
I now understand the description in Datasheet Rev. E regarding the specification change from SHE to FRE, and the mention of both specifications.

    Thanks & Best regards,
    Hiroaki Yuyama
