The varaince of GBW is not listed on the datasheet of OPA2323. How much margin of GBW should my customer consider?

Since GBW=gm/(2*Pi*Cc), where in CMOS gm ~ sq-rt(Iq) and Iq~1/R, the maximum variation in GBW is related to +/-15% maximum process variation of sheet resistance and sheet capacitance. Therefore, in the case of OPA2323, GBW may be calculated to be anywhere between: 20MHz*[sq-rt(0.85)/1.15] < GBW < 20MHz*[sq-rt(1.15)/0.85]
16MHz < GBW < 25MHz
