Looking for a PSpice Model that I can use in LTSpice for Circuit simulation

    Hi Tom, 

    Welcome to E2E! :) 

    Unfortunately, we do not have a PSpice model for the XTR115. The only model available is an idealized TINA model which I have attached below. It does not include the parameters of the XTR115 but will help in functional behavior.
