Hallo Art.

As you can see the photo, we received 2 type of part for MPN#TLC272BCD as per photo attached

On left side 272BC TI2CM AJ5K (Working) & 272BC TI5CM A5GO (Failure).

What is the different between this 2 MPNs?

Elvva,

On June 9, 2023 the design was changed. See https://www.mouser.com/PCN/Texas_Instruments_PCN20230608002_20230609175242536.pdf . The data sheet was updated to reflect the changes. old data sheet for TLC272B shows the old specifications.
