Hi, i submitted a request to be able to download the software for TAS2780EVM board last week and its been 3 business days. Would like to inquire about the status of my request.

I received a download link to download both

ppc3_platform_winInstaller.exe

and

ppc3.tar

I downloaded them and clicked myself through the installer, however it does not seem to recognize the TAS2780EVM even though it installed the drivers

...

Do i need an additional app or driver for PPC3 to recognize the TAS2780EVM?

... i requested once more access to download, this time to download the PPC3 specific to the TAS2780EVM...

i don't understand why there are 2 different links to request software, one of which will be incompatible/incomplete for the use case.

Could i please get the request reviewed? Thank you.

Hi Roy,

Each amplifier has it's own PPC3 GUI that needs to be imported into PPC3 from the devices product page.

You can download the TAS2780.tar.gz. Then open this in PPC3 to download the app.

Your request should have been approved, let me know if you still have issues.
