LM2901: Lot Code Marking

Hello,

I have a couple parts that have failed in testing..

Lot Code Marking; 5CARTXK and 61A64YM

Could TI provide a character breakdown of the lot code marking what each character signifies. Does any of the characters show which site the part was manufacturered from?

Also I believe these are recent parts, are there any existing PCNs that show a fab/wafer change in the LM2901 line.

5C is 2025 December and 61 is 2026 January. Both are same version.

Do you know what the rest of the characters signify? Do any of them represent which assembly site it was manufactured?

Claudio,

The remaining characters are "encrypted" meaning they are not directly meaningful.

These two date codes are post PCN, TIB process, as described in much detail in the application note. Sections 3 and 6
