My questions:

  • Has the functionality changed?
  • Have the isolation properties changed?

    Hi Alexander,

    Welcome to our e2e forum!  The PCN you are referring to was a change to the mold compound (the material that forms the black package body).  There is no change to functionality or voltage isolation properties.
