TLV2316: Moisture sensitive level

Hello,

Could you check what is the moisture sensitive level of MPN TLV2316QDGKRQ1?

Furthermore could you check why the manufacturer label say MSL 1 and they package according to that while the specification says this component is MSL 3?

This cause extra work for the site if the component is MSL 3 because they have to put them into the dryer as the component wasn’t in MBB package.

Being MSL-1 is an upgrade. It can be treated as MSL-1 or MSL-2.

Hello Natalia,

The MSL level shown on the web or on the datasheet is the WORST CASE (MSL 3).

Different manufacturing sites may have different MSL levels.

The MSL level shown on the box/label is correct. It is the level qualified for that manufacturing site at the time of assembly.

You should plan for MSL3, but if the label is MSL1, then you can skip bake.
