Hello,

I'm currently testing out the MULTI-CAL-SYSTEM kit, wired everything up accordingly.

When I power it on, it defaults the model file to a 4wire configuration. I attempted to change it to Iout configuration, but then it automatically changes it back to 4wire configuration after the fact.

I suspect maybe there's a configuration error happening here, and perhaps the MULTI-CAL-SYSTEM board is detecting it to be a 4wire configuration?

I haven't attempted to Start Cal, to ensure I don't damage the board.

Also, user guide suggest that the DMM has to be RS422 or IEEE488; any chance I can get away with a USB type B DMM? I suspect not but would like to see confirmation on this.

Welcome to e2e

After you select model file, do you select create model file?

I have only tested with IEEE488, the software seems to be written only for RS422 or IEE488. I think the source code is available if you would like to modify it with USB type B. Multi-Cal-PGA309 System User Guide

I don't create the model file after I select the model file. See below:

I was also wondering if it's some kind of visual glitch?

Understood about the DMM, I'll probably try and find a compatible one around, was just curious more than anything.
