My name is Jeffrey Lee and currently working for Blue Origin on their worst case circuit analysis. I'm want to know if there is a post burn-in specification for the OPA2388QDGKRQ1 (+125C for 1000 hours). I need this to apply aging effects for parameters such as:
Input offset voltage
Input bias current
Input offset current
Open loop gain
