Hi TI Team,

wir verwenden aktuell folgendes TI Bauteil in unserer Schaltung: OPA2107.

Aufgrund der Tatsache diesen in Zukunft nicht mehr kaufen zu können, benötigen wir nun eine Alternative.

Wir haben nun folgenden für uns als mögliche Alternative ausgewählt: OPA2991, OPA2145

OPA2991 wird von ihnen als Ersatz von OPA2107 vorgeschlagen.

 

Gibt es technische Vorteile des OPA2991 gegenüber OPA2145?

Wie sieht es EMV mäßig aus? OPA2991 oder OPA2145 bessere EMV Performance?

Könnten Sie uns auch mitteilen, welcher der beiden (OPA2991 oder OPA2145) gleich oder besser EMV mäßig performed als OPA2107?

    Since this component will no longer be available in the future, we now need an alternative.

    We have identified the following as possible alternatives: OPA2991, OPA2145

    You suggest the OPA2991 as a replacement for the OPA2107.

    Are there any technical advantages of the OPA2991 over the OPA2145?

    What about EMC performance? Does the OPA2991 or the OPA2145 offer better EMC performance?

    Could you also let us know which of the two (OPA2991 or OPA2145) performs as the same or better than the OPA2107 in terms of EMC?

  • Hello, 

    Below I have created a comparison table showing the main differences between the devices. The green cells show what specs are better for each device. 

    The best information I have for EMC is the plots for EMIRR below for the OPA2991 and OPA2145 respectively. The OPA2991 has a designed in EMI filter and for this reason it is better across frequency. 

    The OPA2145 had a section within the product datasheet (7.3.7 EMI Rejection) on page 21. 

    The OPA2991 has a unique slew boost architecture that is different from most other slew boosted parts. If you are operating under 20kHz you may consider the OPA2991. For more details on this I have written an application note that goes into a lot of detail on the OPA2991 slew boost. If this does not fit the need of your application then I would recommend the OPA2145.

    Unfortunately the only information we have is the EMIRR testing that is in the product datasheets.
