The datasheet for TLV4062 states that in the case that INx comes up before V+ and slower than 200mv/ms then the output could be driven high in error. Does this caution also apply to the case that INx and V+ are powered from the same supply (with a voltage divider into INx)? So they will come up slowly but INx will always be less than V+.
