Part Number: RES60A-Q1
Hello TI Team,
I'm interested using RES60A315 as a voltage scaler for HV-voltage measurement. The maximum HV bus voltage I need to measure is 1250 VDC. I noticed that RES60A-Q1's accuracy characteristics are defined only up to VD=1000 VDC. The device is rated for 1400 VDC.
Can you please provide extended accuracy characteristics?
