Hi Vishmila,

The SNV55LVDS31W and SNV55LVDS32W are both SnPb plated, not gold plated. I am checking internally to see if we have the plating thickness information for these parts. In the mean time i will also loop in the team that supports the LM4050.

Hi Vishmila,

The plating thickness for the SNV55LVDS31W and SNV55LVDS32W devices is minimum 200microinches (~5.08um).
