TLV9062: Difference between with G4 and without G4

Hello,

What is the difference between TLV9062IDGKR and TLV9062IDGKRG4?

According to the datasheet, it was not possible to determine the material differences between the two products, but differences were confirmed in MSL levels, etc.

Is it okay for customers to use the two products interchangeably?

    JH,

    The 'G4' was 'green' material build indicator back when not everything was built 'green'.

    G4 today is just two characters in the part number. Per table, MSL and plating can be different.

    If MSL and plating differences are acceptable, then yes, the two products are interchangeable.
