    Hi Aviva,

    The LM747 MWC is sold as a wafer, while the LM747 MD8 is sold as individual die. The LM747 MWC is not MIL-STD-883 rated, and does not go through the same testing as the other device variants. However, it does go through a wafer level testing before sale. The LM747 MD8 also gets tested on a wafer level before it is sold as individual die.

    The LM747J/883 is assembled in a CDIP package and the LM747H/883 is assembled in a LME package. The "883" versions are also MIL-STD-883 compliant. The LM747J/883 and LM747H/883 go through testing on a wafer level at ambient temperature and after assembly in the full temperature range of -55C to 125C. 

    The LM747/BCA does not exist. You can look at the orderable and active devices at the bottom of each product page. The LM747 device comes in the following packages:

    a. Die Sale - LM747 MD8

    b. TOCAN - LM747H/883

    c. CDIP - LM747J/883

    d. Wafer - LM747 MWC
