Hi,

For the lm311p voltage comparator, do you have Functional Safety, or Documentation to aid in functional safety design?

We would need to know failure rate and/or mean time before failure (MTBF) for this device.

If this information is not availbale for the lm311p, is there an equivalent voltage comparator with the same pin-out configuration, and which has functional safety data as described above?
