Part Number: TL084M

Please can you verify if TL084MJ883B is a valid PN.

I can't find TL084MJ883B on the TI website, is it obsolete?

I see TL084MJ and TL084MJB is available. what is the difference between TL084MJ, TL084MJB and the 883B part?

    Hi William,

    Like the LM124AJ/883, the /883 suffix would indicate that the part conforms to MIL-STD-883. However, there is not currently an orderable version of the TL084M with this specific part number. As listed on the datasheet, the "M" indicates that the device is specified for the extended temperature range of –55°C to +125°C, and that the die is manufactured on the legacy flow (SFAB).

    Both the TL084MJ and TL084MJB are military grade, however the TL084MJB may have the option for lot and date code selection as indicated on the product page. Otherwise, the performance between these devices is the same. See https://www.ti.com/product/TL084M/part-details/TL084MJB.
