TLV7041: SLVA961 jack question

Part Number: TLV7041

Hi;

I'm very aware that I cam coloring outside the lines with this question, but I'm stuck, so I will try anyway:

I'm trying to design a detection circuit for a pair of headphone/line-in 1/8" photo jacks. I came across this app note:
www.ti.com/.../slva961.pdf

It describes the precise behavior I'm trying to design: a jack that consumes very low power when a plug is absent (my device is battery-powered).

The app note describes using the TLV7041 in conjunction with what appears to be a phone jack that has NORMALLY OPEN switches on both the ground ring and tip. I've searched high and low for a part like this, and cannot find anything on any of the main part distributor websites.

I think this is a very, very, very long shot, but: I am curious if it's possible to ascertain what part might have been referenced/used when designing the circuit in this paper? It's mentioned as though the "hard part" here is finding the right comparator, but I would be delighted if I could actually find any TRRS jack part that would work with this. Finding TRRS jacks with ANY normally-open switches seems nearly impossible (I can find a single part, from Same Sky), but a TRRS jack with two NO switches seems so impossible to find that I figure I must either be misunderstanding this paper or misunderstanding the part.

Might anyone be able to offer any advice?
