We have raised the request for TAS5825M-SW software for PPC3 but we received the access for TAS2562 in PPC3 software but in our mail and secure resources tab it shows the TAS5825M-SW. Please let us know the information regarding this.

Your screenshot shows only the TAS2562 EVM app under Installed EVM Apps in PPC3, while your secure resources tab and approval email reference TAS5825M-SW. These are two separate restricted packages — a TAS2562 grant does not provide TAS5825M access, so the TAS5825M app must appear as its own entry. A correctly provisioned TAS5825M entitlement shows the TAS5825M Application plus the I2C/SPI/NVM Utility in the App Center; a missing entry points to an account, synchronization, or entitlement issue rather than a PPC3 installation problem 1.

Steps to resolve

Confirm the login account. PPC3 must be signed in with the exact myTI credentials tied to the approved TAS5825M-SW request. If PPC3 is logged in under a different myTI account than the one that received the approval, the app will not appear under Available EVM Apps 2.
Sign out and back in, then refresh. This forces PPC3 to re-synchronize entitlements from the server. Check both Available EVM Apps (needs installation) and Installed EVM Apps.
Verify the approved package. Confirm the grant in your secure resources tab is for TAS5825-SW at www.ti.com/.../TAS5825-SW 3.
If it still does not appear, the entitlement was likely applied to the wrong part or account and needs to be corrected on TI's side. Reply with the myTI email address used to log into PPC3 and the approval email reference so the grant can be re-issued against the correct account.

One thing to check

If you are using the PP-SALB2-EVM learning board, note that its package (PPC3-SALB2-EVM-APP) is granted separately from the TAS5825M EVM app. Once that access is granted, both LearningBoard-SALB2EVM and TAS5825M-TAS5825MEVM appear as installed apps 4.
