Output References in INA125

Hi,

I'd like to know how can I model the output references (Vref10, Vref5, Vref2.5 and VrefBG) according to the INA125's single power supply (2.7V~3.6V, for example).

This modelation will be able to perform a fast calibration of my system.

Hello Daniel,

There is a PSPICE model available for the INA125 located in the device's product folder (http://www.ti.com/product/ina125). The model was developed 15 years ago so I am unaware of which datasheet parameters it accurately models. Looking at the *.mod file, however, shows nodes for each of the Vref pins. At this time there are no plans to update this model.

I try Pspice model with full version 2001 of pspice, and it doesen' work. Can you verify, please?

Hello Nicola,

I typically use TINA SPICE. Therefore I created a TINA macromodel using the SPICE file and created a simple test circut. It is attached. Performing a DC analysis shows that the reference voltages are present. The only caveat is that it appears as though the polarity of the input is invertered as can be seen by a DC simulation.
