I am looking for the optimal low-noise driver of differential ADC fed by current output single-ended bipolar sensor. For impedance matching and eliminating parasitic currents the single ended to differential amplifier seems to be the ideal solution:

Is such a differential amplifier applicable for current input source? How does it behave? I expect something like that (Vout- - Vocm) = R4 * Iin+. But in such case the Vocm should be grounded at the sensor ground pin so that there is no dependence of Vod on Vocm.
