The attached image shows a pulse generation circuit for old design.
The requirements for new design are tough:
6ns Pulse width, 14V swing and need to drive 80pF capacitance. Based one above data, I need transistor with 380mA current and 1GHZ bandwidth.
Please let me know if TI has those things.
