LMC6064AIM noise issue

Hi, 

I am using the LMC6064AIM to amplify the gain of 2 DAC channels, 0-2.43vdc, by a gain of 4.12 which works well. I have two other amps setup as voltage followers for the output of the reference voltage, 2.43V, and the returning voltage from a thermistor. However, I am having some noise problems, mostly on the voltage followers. By kludging some caps and inductors they seem to dampen the noise significantly.

 

My question is:

1) Is the LMC6064AIM suitable for unity gain?

2) Do we have app notes on filtering external noise on OpAmps?
