We are trying to build an front end solution for an implantable medical application (monitoring EEG signals).100uV - 10mV.
The integrated solutions like ADS1298, ADS1198 etc are good options for this but their power consumption is way too much than what we have. So we are trying to build a custom Bio instrumentation amplifier using Opamps.
Can any one suggest a suitable Opamp(lowest power and noise ) freq < 100hz that can be used for this purpose. I have done a preliminary analysis on the opa369 and find it suitable , but I am not sure if it can be used for medical Implant purposes.Can some one point me in the right direction?I am just concerned with the use of these devices in implants and the medico legal aspects involved.
