Please advise me on the following subjects.
Q1. The INA226 datasheet specifies the offset as bellow:
Shunt offset voltage, RTI(2) :VOS : Typ. ±2.5 / Max: ±10 μV
Does it include offset voltage of 10 bit A/D convertor?
If not, how much the offset do you need to count on?
Q2. Can you let me know the definition of RTI?
Q3. Usually AD convertor performance is measured DNL and INL.
The datasheet specifies the DNL, as +/-0.2 LSB typ , but there is no INL specifications
Is INL included in Gain Error?
If not, how much the INL of 16 bit AD convertor?
